Quick answer
The number below is the live Steam player count for Warhammer Survivors, from the official API, refreshed every 5 minutes. Until November 10 this is the demo's player count (Steam reports nothing for an unreleased game); we switch it to the full game on launch day. It counts Steam only — Game Pass, PS5, Xbox, Switch and mobile players aren't included, so the real total is several times higher after November 10. Auroch's published demo figures: 190,000 players of the first demo, over half playing more than an hour.

Live number from Steam's official player-count API (Steam players only; console and Game Pass players aren't counted). If the number is normal but you can't connect, the problem is usually on your side or a rolling update, not an outage.
